In the Real Estate/Property sector, the Group has concentrated its efforts on land acquisition to further develop its business in the tourism sector.

At the moment, in addition to pending developments on the island of Lanzarote, where Grupo Martinón owns urban land in Argana Alta and in los Geranios and in Mexico, where they also own residential land and houses, there are three investment properties which are three future projects. The projects are Sotolindo in Cancun, where both a hotel and residential development are scheduled, Uvero Alto in the Dominican Republic, on this land the Group’s next Resort will be located, and in La Gomera, where Grupo Martinón has projected it’s next investment in the Canary Islands.
