Given the extensive experience in building hotels in the all-inclusive resort sector, they participate in the building of their own hotels reviewing the architectural projects, engineering and the construction management. They give advice on the execution of the building work on site, and on all the decoration and equipment procedures with company and outside professionals, until building completion and the opening of a hotel.

The knowledge acquired in the Caribbean places us as a preferred option for European investors who need assistance in building in the region. Grupo Martinón provides its clients with extensive experience in the construction of tourist resorts in Cuba, Puerto Rico, Mexico or the Dominican Republic, which is where they have focused their construction activity until now.

In the past five years Grupo Martinón has built 237,354 square meters and will build another 70,520 square meters for a total investment volume of over 400 million dollars.
